“Collections” are groups of marketing pieces designed by your Marketing Coordinator. These marketing pieces could be scheduled pieces, which automatically go out to one of your Spheres, or ones that you send out on you own. You have the option to participate in the Collection or not. If you participate you will have access to all of these templates and are opting-in to any scheduled pieces.
Collections usually all share a similar topic or theme. The most common campaigns we see are seasonal campaigns, containing marketing materials for holidays and seasonal events.
You can view and authorize a collection by hovering over Lead Nurture > Collections. Then, click 'Authorize' under the collection you'd like to authorize. Once Authorized, you now have access to all materials contained, including any company-scheduled-sends.
Make sure to also check out your Lead Nurture Settings to determine your default preferences for company scheduled sends that may be included in collections.
