I’m so glad that you asked! To see how people are viewing your emails please go to your “Stat Center” and select “How Emails are Viewed” from the drop down menu. This will pull up the percentages for Desktop, Mobile and Tablet. If you want to go another layer deeper, click through the various headers. For example if you click on Desktop, it can tell you specifically what kind of desktop. This information is super helpful because it will best inform you in what kind of marketing piece to create. If most of your email recipients are viewing the piece on a desktop you will know it’s probably safe to use a really long template. But, if most are viewing your marketing piece on a mobile device, you might not want to choose the mile long template.
