Login as the Company Admin. Under Templates, select Order Custom Template. Fill out the Template Order Form! Zip your files if you have more than one. Please provide us with detailed instructions. You can see our template order guide here. Please make sure you read through the guide before submitting. Provide us with the contact information for the person to contact.
Can I live chat, email a rezora staff member, or email email@example.com with edits and/or orders?
- As of September 8th, 2015 we have a policy that requires orders and edits to be submitted via the company admin account. This way, we can be sure that the order was requested by the correct person and the ticket goes into the right place!
