You can grant a Group or individual agents access to a specific Lead Nurture template. This is only available for the Lead Nurture product as Drip Campaign access is determined by the individual Drip Campaign's settings and Automation templates are available for all agent accounts with an Automation subscription.
Head to the Templates page in your Company Admin account and click on the name of a template to reach the Template Details page.
Scroll down to the Lead Nurture Settings section and look for the Lead Nurture Access drop-down menu.
Select the Selected groups and agents only option in the drop-down menu, then click Save Changes.
After saving the changes, click Manage Group Access to select Groups or Manage Agent Access to select agents to have access to the template.
In the Modal that appears, click and drag a Group or Agent name from the left, and drop it in the Template Access area on the right.
You can give multiple Groups and Agents access to the same template.
You've now selected specific Groups and/or Agents access to the template. Don't forget to Activate the template to make the template available in the agent accounts!
