Click the “New” button in your Distribution list box. Title your distribution list and click save. You can then drag and drop individual contacts into this list by clicking on it and dragging contacts into the list. Or, you can upload whole contact lists into the distribution lists by selecting that distribution list when you import your contact list.

Sending out Your First Marketing Piece

Screen Shot 2013-09-23 at 12.12.02 PM.png
  1. Go to the Marketing Materials tab and click. Then click Create New Marketing Piece. Choose the attributes you want to include and create your marketing piece.
  2. Now, you are ready to send your piece! There are three different ways to distribute your marketing piece: email, pdf, and online.

The first distribution option is email. If you choose to distribute via email you can send out your piece to any interested recipient in your contacts. So, in rezora, when you complete a marketing piece, click the distribute button and then select email recipient. This takes you to a page in which you can drag and drop individual contacts or entire distribution lists.

The second distribution option is pdf, or print. The pdf option is relatively new, and requires special templates designed by your Marketing Coordinator. This template is usually different than an email template because it is a specific size, includes only high-resolution images, and can have different more complicated designs than templates created just for email. After you create your marketing piece, click the distribute button on the left of your screen. You will then see a button that says Create Printable PDF. Please click that button and then select to either Download, Open, or Open in your Document Manager. If you want to print immediately, select the download option and then print.

The third way you can distribute a marketing piece is the online option. In this instance, after you have created your marketing piece click distribute, and under the online option you will see a link. This link is for your use. So, what you will need to do is copy the link (highlight the link and then click File>Copy) and then paste it into whatever online space you want. Whether it is Twitter, or Facebook, it is really up to you.
