Agents have the ability to control the level of access their Marketing Manager has to the account. This is completely optional, and the agent is in total control over whether or not this access is granted.
You can find this feature on the Account & Profile Settings page by hovering over the agent account name at the top right and then clicking My Account.
Look in the right column for the Admin Access section shown here:
To authorize admin account to access your account, look for the "Admin Access" drop-down menu and select "Full access to my rezora account".
Scroll to the top and click Save Changes.
Note: Just as easily as you can enable this feature, you can revoke access by selecting "No access" in the drop-down menu, and clicking Save Changes.
What do the different settings mean?
There are several different setting options. We'll cover them here in more detail:
No AccessThis one is fairly straight forward. Your company admin's rezora account has no direct access to change items in your account. They can still manage the templates you have access to you and potentially send Company Scheduled Sends, but they cannot directly access your account.
|
Manage my profile onlyThis is the in-between. Company admins can help manage your profile information (visible on the left side of this page), but cannot directly "assume into" your account. This helps your admin set up your account.
|
Full access to my rezora accountThis allows your company admin to enter your account as if they had directly signed in (but without needing to share credentials with them). They can help manage your account on a more detailed level. They will have access to your complete contact list, marketing history, and billing history, but they will not have access to your credit card information if that is stored on your account.
