Sometimes emails get deferred or end up in the Spam folder even though they are legitimate. Getting your address added to the Safe Sender List is a great way to decrease the odds of this happening. This is accomplished a bit differently among different email providers, for which we provide some tips below.
That said, in most cases, it is a simple two-step process of moving the email out of the junk/spam folder, and adding your email address to their address book.

- Add the sent from address to the address book. Right click the sender’s email address and click ‘Add to Contacts’.
