The first place we recommend checking if you're an admin, operating in the admin account is the company admin "Lead Nurture" page.
Click "Lead Nurture" in the main navigation to reach the Lead Nurture | Marketing Piece details page.
The first section of the page is "Scheduled Pieces". In this section, you'll find your upcoming company or brand-scheduled pieces.
After that, you'll see the "Started" section. This is where any pieces that haven't been deleted or completed should be. Look for your piece in this section, feel free to expand it if you have more pieces than can display.
You should also check your connected Agent profile's Lead Nurture page. (How to I switch to my connected Agent profile?)
If you still don't see the piece and recently accessed the piece on the device you're currently using, we might recommend checking your web browser's "History" for the link to the piece.
