You were sent a new password through our One Time Password/Passcode verification step, but can't find it? We're here to help.
First of all, make sure you're signed into the correct email address. The email address your password was sent to is the email address that serves as the Account Sign-in email on the account.
You can expect your new password in an email titled rezora Verification Code sent from the info@rezora.com email address. Please note, the verification code expires 3 minutes after the initial sign-in attempt.
If you aren't seeing the email in your inbox, try searching your email for either "rezora Verification Code" or the "info@rezora.com" email address.
If those searches don't show anything, check other folders. In Gmail that could be your All Mail folder, but also make sure to check your Spam or Junk Mail folders just in case.
After locating the email, take note of the verification code, then head back to the rezora sign-in page.
We recommend keying in your verification code manually, though you can copy and paste it from the email.
