THE BASICS
Contacts

Every contact in your rezora account has a unique email address.

You can create a new contact by hovering over the Contacts menu, and choosing Add New Individual Contact.

If you click on a contact on the Contacts page, you'll be taken to the Contact Details page, where you can view and edit their contact info, and view their analytics history.
Distribution Lists

Distribution Lists will help you keep your groups of contacts together, and make it easy to market to a large number of contacts at once.

MAKE IT EASY!
Imports

There are many ways to add contacts to your rezora account, but the most common method for importing larger lists is the .csv file import.

Want to check on the status of your contact import? Visit the My Imports page:
Integrations

If you use a CRM to manage your contacts, we may have an integration to connect it to your rezora account.

To view the available integrations in your rezora account, hover over the My Account menu, and choose Apps & Integrations.

We have a new dedicated integration with Contactually:

We also have many integrations through Zapier:

As soon as you've sent your first email you'll start to see a lot of data pouring in! To help understand all of this, we've compiled some resources for understanding clicks/opens, how to find your most active contacts, and more:

Bounces and Unsubscribes

Unable to deliver emails to some of your contacts? Chances are they have previously bounced or unsubscribed.

Please see the following articles for how best to handle these:
