How do I create a "house" account?

Many companies find it useful to have a "house" type account so they can send internal communications through rezora, send messages on behalf of the company, etc. A house account in this instance is simply another Sales Agent/User level account, and should be created exactly the same.

Within your admin account, hover over 'sales agents' and select 'create new agent account'. You can then add the details you wish for this house account. The cost of this account will be the same as a standard agent account.
