Some email clients do not support the SMS link protocol:
- Gmail
- Outlook.com
In these email clients, SMS links are automatically unlinked, or in some cases, the entire button/element that is linked may be blocked. For this reason, it's a good idea to provide a backup way for your users to get in touch with you via SMS!
