What is Listing Automation

Listing automation with rezora allows you to setup a handful of listing event triggers that will prompt an email to be sent to a contact list of your choosing automatically. These can be configured to send automatically right away, send with a delay, or send only with your manual approval.

These events can include:

New Listing

Sold Listing

Listing Price Change

For each event type your rezora admin, usually a member of your marketing team, must first setup a specific template to be used for each of these categories. That template will be the one used for your automation email.

When setting up your event types, you'll also be able to choose which contact list is sent to.
