Video: How to create a new Sales Agent account


In this video, we will cover creating new Sales Agent accounts.




Hi there, Logan here with rezora support, in this video we'll be covering creating some additional sales agent accounts. This is done from under Agents > Create New Agent Account, however before we do so, we'll want to make sure we have some of our ducks in a row.

If you're using an agent pay model, you'll want to make sure you have the proper billing information that should be tied to that agent account handy, as this information will be required upon account creation.

On the other hand, if you're using a Company Pay model, you'll want to make sure you have some available subscription slots for the agent account to be activated with. This is going to be done from under Agents > Manage Billing, and then check out the available subscriptions field here. As you can see in this account, we have 10 available, so we should in the clear to start creating some agent accounts, but if this was a 0 you'll simply want to click 'edit', keep 'add' selected, change this to a 1 -- or however many agent accounts you want to create today -- and click continue.

In either case, once we're all ready, we'll want to hover over Agents again, then click 'create new agent account', and here we'll see the form to enter all of the agent's information. Optionally enroll them in any groups you may have created, however, if you have no groups that is OK, and finally click 'Create My Account'.
