At rezora, agent contact lists are private. Company Admins can only see the number of contacts in an agent account. They cannot access the contact lists, unless the agent account has their "Admin Access" option set to "Full access to my rezora account". See this article for more information.
To preserve the highest level of security and privacy, for the benefit of both the agent and the contacts themselves, we will only share an account's contacts with the account owner, directly at the email address on their account. Contact management is a responsibility of the account owner.
If an agent leaves a brokerage, they should export their contacts before leaving the company. If they come back to rezora support requesting access to their contacts, they will need to email rezora from the same email address as the username in rezora. We will only provide contacts from a deactivated account if the request comes from the same email address as the account holder's email address.
