Email Step - When a contact reaches this step, they will be sent the selected template. Click 'Select a Template', and then choose an existing template, or create a new piece based off of one of your existing templates. Check out the requirements a template must meet here.
Once an email has been sent, the contact will proceed to the next step.
Notify Step - When a contact reaches this step, the agent will be sent an email with the contact's info. Enter an email subject line and notification message to provide the agent context for why the notification was sent to them. You can preview what the message to your agent will look like using the "Preview Email" button.
Once the notification email has been sent to the agent, the contact will proceed to the next step.
Add to Drip Campaign Step - When the contact reaches this step, they will immediately begin a new drip journey in the selected "Drip Campaign." Use the drop-down menu to select the drip campaign to which the contact should be added.
This step allows you to string together Drip Campaigns based on prior actions taken in the current drip campaign journey. Coupled with a "Branch" step, you can have contacts begin a journey in different drip campaigns depending on how they engage in the first one.
Add to Sphere - When the contact reaches this step, they will be added to the selected sphere, and then will journey immediately to the next step.
Wait Step - When the contact reaches this step, they will wait the specified amount of time, or until the specified date. After completing the allotted wait time, the contact will proceed to the next step.
Branch Step - When a contact reaches this step, they will branch in one of two directions, YES or NO, based on the parameters set. Whichever condition is met first, the contact will proceed down that path to the next designated step.
NO path: Contacts are given a set amount of time to perform the action we have set for the YES path. If the contact does not perform the action indicated in the YES path, they will proceed down the NO path at the end of the allotted time we have set.
YES path: there are three options to set to determine if the contact will go down the YES path.
- Opened: If the contact opened the previous email, they will proceed down the YES path of the branch.
- Clicked Any Link: If the contact clicked any link in the previous email, they will proceed down the YES path.
-
Clicked a Specific Link: With this option you will enter either a full URL, a partial URL, or simply some text. If a link the contact clicks contains ANY of the text included, they will be sent down the YES path.
For example, we could place rezora.com/blog, and if the contact clicks a link containing rezora.com/blog, they will be sent down the YES path. Similarly, we could simply place blog, and any URL containing blog will also send the contact down the YES path.
