To find your Automation options, Automation from your navigation bar.
From there, you can configure the settings for the various event types.
Next to any of those, click 'settings'.
You can then toggle the switch to turn on/off automation for that event type. You can then choose the preferred action.
Listing and Contact Event Actions:
Immediate Send - Marketing pieces will be automatically sent as soon as the event trigger occurs.
Approval Required - Marketing pieces will be automatically created, but will not be sent until you sign in to your rezora account and approve it for distribution.
Send after 3-hour delay - Marketing pieces will automatically send 3 hours after the event trigger. If the automatic send time is after 10:00 PM, the send will not happen until 9:00 AM the following morning.
Notify Me Only - You will be notified via email when this event occurs.
Contact Specific Actions:
Add to Drip Campaign - The contact will be added to a drip campaign chosen by your admin/marketing team.
Add to List/Sphere - The contact will be added to a list or sphere of your choosing.
Notify Me Only - You will be notified via email when this event occurs.
Email: Approval Required - Marketing pieces will be automatically created, but will not be sent until you sign in to your rezora account and approve it for distribution.
Email: Scheduled - Marketing pieces will be automatically created and scheduled to send on the Scheduled Send Date and Time.
For any Email actions, you will also choose the Recipient List or Sphere you want the piece to send to -- this will be the list that is sent to for the automation event. If contacts are added or removed after the listing event trigger occurs, the recipient list of the send will not change.
You can also Preview the template that will be used for any email action.
