Hi there, Logan here with rezora, here to talk about Automation, which allows you to set up a handful of event triggers that will prompt one of several action options, such as automatically sending an email when you get a new listing.
We find these settings under Automation, and then either listing or contact automation, and then choosing Event Settings.
At the time of this recording currently, these are all located on the same page, and clicking one or the other option will jump you to those settings, though this, along with the events themselves, may change slightly in the future.
As we can see here we have a handful of event types -- listing events like new listing, and contact events like new contact, or home anniversary.
Let's run through setting up a 'Sold' automation for the account right now, by clicking Settings, and then enabling this toggle here.
The first option will be the 'Action', determining what action will be taken when this event kicks off. We have options to send an email either immediately, after a 3-hour delay, or only at our approval. Alternatively, we can choose to be notified only when this event occurs.
And lastly, we'll select the list or sphere that this email should be sent to, provided we chose one of those three options above.
We can also click 'Preview' here to make sure we like the design of the template being used for the email actions.
And finally click Save Changes. We can then head back to our Automation Settings page to finish setting up any other events we may wish to automate. Another page we may wish to visit after setting this up is the Automation | Marketing Pieces page. This is found under Automation > Manage Marketing Pieces. This will display any currently scheduled automation pieces, any started automation pieces, as well as our history of automation pieces here.
