Moved into a new house? Got a fancy new platinum card? Regardless, to update your credit card information simply hover over your name at the top right and click My Products and Billing.
On the My Products and Billing page, scroll down to the "My Billing" area at the bottom then click on the subscription showing there. This will pull up that subscription and allow you to view several tabs. Click Payment Method and then "update your billing" to reach the page where you can enter your up-to-date information.
Note: If all active products have the "Provided by your brokerage" text, that means that rezora is charging your company for the subscription. Your company may be charging you directly outside of rezora. If that is the case, you won't be able to update your billing information on the rezora side.
We recommend reaching out to your brokerage regarding any billing that may be taking place on their side.
