With rezora's new billing system, you can pay by Credit Card, but also have a bank/wire transfer option available. The process is a bit more involved, but the steps are detailed below.
When initiating a new subscription, you'll see two main options for payment method: Credit Card as represented by the Am Ex, Mastercard, Discover, and Visa logos followed by "•••", and Wire Transfer as represented by the bank icon.
New Subscription:
When updating your billing, you'll go to your My Billing section, click on the relevant product subscription on the left, and then look for the Payment Method tab. There you will click "update your billing" and reach the following modal. Click the "wire transfer" option.
Update Your Billing:
Fill out the Account Holder Name, Routing Number, and Account Number fields accurately to the account in question.
Verification
As an added security measure, there is a verification step for any newly established direct bank charges. This process is as follows:
One to two days after you enter information, check your bank for two verification deposits. Please note the order of the deposits and the amount.
You will receive an email with a link to the Verification Page. Please enter the verification deposit amounts in the order in which they were received (this is important for proper verification). Follow any and all steps detailed on the verification page.
Once verification is complete, if you are starting a new subscription (as opposed to replacing an existing payment), your subscription/transaction in the billing portal will process and be in a Pending status until the transaction has been marked a "success" or "failure".
